Here is my little re-cap about the 3 day refresh:
I wanted to do the 3 day refresh to help “jumpstart” me back to eating better. The holidays and winter time got to me. I also make everyone’s food all the time so it seems like I’m surrounded by food. 😉 I was finding myself eating “bites” here and there and though this may sound harmless those calories do add up. I also had too much sugar and wascraving it way too much. The more you have the more you want!!
So, basically that’s why I wanted to do the refresh and of course get rid of my belly bloat. ;)You see whenever I don’t eat well it goes right to my stomach and I was starting to notice my pants feel a little snug.
I lost 2 lbs. and lots of bloat. I feel better, lost the bloat and I’m recharged to eating more consciously and not be so tempted to try the food that I’m making.
Have you done the 3 day refresh? I’d definitely do it again.
It helped a lot having a great group of supportive women doing it with me. In fact some of the ladies lost 5 lbs. while doing the refresh. Thank you ladies for keeping me motivated and encouraged.
Update: A week later after finishing the 3 day refresh I’m down another pound and I’ve been able to say “no” to sweets that were always so hard for me to turn down before. Shakeology helps a lot with my cravings and keeping me fuller longer but after adding in some extra sweets in the holidays it was hard for me to say, “no”. I’m thankful I did the 3 day refresh.
