Who doesn’t love a good smoothie bowl?
Here’s the recipe: 1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of spinach or do without is just fine too, 1 tsp caramel extract or coconut or whatever pure extract you like , 1 TBS PB2, dash of cinnamon, 1 tsp of fat free sugar free pudding mix (cheesecake is good) (it’s not clean but it’s just a tiny bit 🙂 Then add whatever toppings you want. I added blueberries, raspberries, almond slivers, coconut and a few chocolate chips. It was delicious!!!

Here’s vanilla shakeology blended with a serving of strawberries, 1 TBS PB2, dash of cinnamon, 1 tsp of fat free sugar free pudding mix (cheesecake is good) (it’s not clean but it’s just a tiny bit Then I topped it with some coconut, pumpkin seeds and almonds! Delicious!
