I am so pumped about my new fitness class that I created! Here’s the description: Total body workout with a mix of cardio, body weight exercises and weights for all skill levels! Get ready to sweat and have fun! Arm series, 30 minute workout followed by abs and stretching to fun music and a great community atmosphere where we will support each other! Participants can bring a light and medium size set of dumb bells, yoga mat and water bottle. It’s not just a workout, come for the community! We’ll have a healthy living private group to share recipes and motivation.
