It is finally MAY and Summer is almost here! Yay! The sun is shining, and warm weather is right around the corner. 🙂
Exactly two years ago, this month I started my Health and Fitness Journey and it was such a great time of year to start! I wanted to lose those last 10 lbs. I lost those 10 lbs. but I also gained so much more!!! At the time, I was tired and lacked energy, what I had done after I had baby #1 to get back in shape wasn’t working. I focused too much on my workouts and not enough about nutrition. Starting my own Health & Fitness journey set me free and filled me with truth on how to correctly get in shape (the right way) :). I learned how to eat clean and the proper portions for my body. I was taking care of everyone else around me but it was time to focus on my Health & Fitness and doing it with a group of people totally changed me!
