Week 2 of the Ultimate Reset is finished! In fact, I have already started week 3. I can’t believe I finish the Ultimate Reset on Thursday.
It’s been quite a journey! I’ve learned a lot too! I love trying new things and learning from experiences. I’ve enjoyed these past few weeks and it’s been really nice having a buddy doing it with you. Thank you Amanda!!
Health and Fitness is a journey not a destination. Why is it important to me? Well, God opened my eyes to this passion that he gave me back in 2005. I never would have known if I hadn’t walked out in faith and obeyed Him. He is my strength!!
This week went pretty well! I didn’t take as much food photos because it was a busy week. Sophia had her last soccer practice and two dance recitals. I can’t believe she graduates from Pre-School this week. Five years really goes by fast! I can’t believe she’ll be headed to Kindergarten in the Fall.
What did I notice this week? I noticed that I have been calmer. For example, we took the girls to the movie theater the other day with Pat and Isabelle had to go to the bathroom twice and needed to get her “blankey” out of the car. Then she didn’t want to leave the games after the movie. She left screaming and crying. Typical 3 year old, right? Anyways, through it all, it didn’t really bother me. We did have a talk afterwards about when mommy and daddy say it’s time to leave, it’s time to leave.
SLEEP!! Honestly, since I started the reset I have been sleeping so well! I fall asleep pretty easily and sleep soundly. Yes!! That’s a huge win for me, since I’ve struggled with sleep in the past. I’m doing fine without my morning cup of coffee too. In fact, my dandelion tea has been pretty good in the morning.
I’m thankful for my challenge group (Health & Fitness Group) too. I love the ladies in my group that keep me accountable and inspired! People have asked me, “What keeps you motivated and I have to say, being a coach and helping other inspires me to keep going.” If you want to stay accountable, joining our group helps!
