The last week of the reset was really busy as you can tell from all the pictures! I started the final week on Memorial Day weekend. Isabelle had her last gymnastics class and last day of school. Sophia had her last recital, last day of school and Pre-School graduation. I even got to attend my niece’s high school graduation. Patrick left for a kayaking trip with friends and the girls I visited my grandmother and went swimming. Summer can be busy and staying on track can be tricky but planning ahead is key! After coaching for two years I’ve learned tools to help me stay on track. Why is it important for me to stay on track? Well, because it affects the way I feel. š I have more energy, less anxiety and sleep better when I’m taking care of my health. If you’ve been struggling or have any questions. Please send me a message, I’d love to chat!
What was the final week like?
- Phase III ā RESTORE. For the final week, I made one last adjustment to my diet andĀ removed grains from my meal plan and increased my fresh veggies and fruits. When completing your final week youāll be flooding your body with vibrant nutrients, purified water, fiber and further alkalizing your body into a high-energy, healed state of being. You will take another supplement called REVITALIZE, which helps restore healthy bacteria to your freshly scrubbed digestive tract.
I’m officially an Ultimate Reset Grad!! The final week went pretty wellĀ for me. Iām really glad I did it! I have slept really well these past few weeks! Today is the first day without being on the reset. I plan on slowly re-introducing foods back into my diet. I have lost 7 lbs! Pat took my āafterā photos on Wednesday (before he left for a trip). I didnāt realize this until a few months ago (after seeing my PT) that I have slight Diastasis recti (meaning there is a slight separation in my abs right above my belly button. Itās about a finger to two finger space. (Just wanted to share, itās very common to happen after pregnancies).
Iām so thankful to have done this program with my friend, Amanda! You did fantastic girl!!
How will I celebrate now that Iām finished? Well, itās not going to be with a cheat meal I can tell you that!!! I worked out throughout this program so honestly, Iām not really craving anything. I donāt feel deprived either! My brotherās surprise birthday party is tonight (sshh, if you know him, donāt tell him š So, there will be food and drinks but I might actually eat before the party and I donāt think Iāll get a drink. I donāt need it. š
However, I am going to get my hair done! I love to get some beach waves when I can (and for a great price). Itās nice to celebrate accomplishments, programs or milestones somehow. It doesnāt mean you have to spend money, you could even celebrate by going on a walk with your husband or boyfriend or friend! My point is, itās good to celebrate! So often we accomplish or finish a goal and donāt take time to appreciate your effort.
