I wanted to tell you that THERE IS NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW!!
It’s almost mid July which means Summer is moving!
You are worth focusing on YOU! Your health & well-being MATTER! It matters for you and all of the people around you.
And it’s not a luxury or something to guilty for taking the time to do – it’s the most important thing you can do for yourself AND the people you love!
Because when you are CONTENT and HEALED on the INSIDE, everything else on the OUTSIDE just seems to work better. Ever notice this? And it’s not your imagination – it’s TRUE!
When you’re calm & healthy, you respond instead of react. You listen & understand instead of just “hear”. You feel VIBRANT, ALIVE and ENGAGED, instead of just going through the motions.
Your body – your SELF – needs to be cared for. It’s craving the healing it finds from eating nourishing, delicious foods … and it WANTS to GET MOVING to stay TONED … and your mind wants to feel CALM & CENTERED. #Truth!
DID YOU KNOW that Summer is one of the absolute BEST times to start a new health & fitness program? Why? Because we’re working WITH the seasons!
You can walk outside at lunch. We start getting more sunlight and longer days. The Farmer’s Markets start popping up everywhere filled with FRESH & LOCAL fruits, veggies & foods.
Think about it – everything around you is full of energy!! There is LIFE, ENERGY, & ABUNDANCE in the air. The air is flowery sweet and the new warmth in the breeze is exciting. It’s the perfect time to RENEW your body, mind & spirit, too!
What I have LEARNED is that the second I place myself on the back burner, I become anxious, stressed and disorganized. I feel depleted. I can’t give as much. I start to resent the time I have to put into everything else and I wonder when I might get some time to care for me! I feel frazzled and running on the edge.
BUT, when I feel that my health & well-being is being cared for already, I can actually give MORE!!! Isn’t that awesome??!
What I’ve also learned is that by making small investments in myself every day, not only do I feel stronger, centered & healthier, but my OUTSIDE life (family, friendships, work) ALSO becomes stronger, healthier, calmer, happier and just better! Funny how that works, huh?
I do this by committing to moving my body for 30 minutes a day … By taking just a little time on the weekends to plan my meals for the week … By caring about what I put in my body … By drinking a superfood shake every day to boost my immunity, energy & digestion … and by knowing that this helps EVERYONE – not just me! So by taking care of me, I’m getting the bonus of taking care of everyone else – Funny how that works, too, right?
This isn’t something that happens overnight. And I know that it can be tough to figure it all out. We often feel like we’re flat out stretched for time. But I like to plan my goals a few weeks ahead so I can set myself up for success! And I LOVE sharing all this with other people!!!
These small daily investments add up (quickly) to BIG ones by loving and caring for your SELF (mind, body & spirit) ☺
In my next group, I’ll teach you how to fit these changes into your life! And we’ll talk about things like abundance, energy, delicious food, moving our bodies, drinking pure water.
We will NOT use the word diet, but we WILL talk a LOT about RESULTS!
We’ll make meal planning SIMPLE! I’ll give you some delicious NEW recipes & show you how to get your grocery shopping done in a fraction of the time it takes now.
I’ll also help you select a fitness program that WORKS with your goals. Your nutrition will be solid – based on superfoods that will energize your body!
You’ll check in every day for accountability, and you’ll get some awesome motivation! ZERO guesswork. ZERO confusion. ZERO wandering around the grocery store wondering what to cook for dinner. ZERO wandering around the gym or endless hours on the treadmill.
