I was humbled by taking my “before pics” yesterday. ❤️
Who really likes to take before photos? I haven’t met a single person!
I’ve definitely gained a good 5 lbs. Anyone else? (You’re not alone) But, it’s all good, it’s not about a number and I’m thankful I have all the knowledge, tools and support on what to do. 🙂 What a blessing that is!! 💜 Because 5 lbs. can add up over time and for me it’s really easy to put on weight.
It’s all about feeling good on the inside and it can totally show on the outside. That’s why I care about what I put into my body and make sure I get a good sweat session in each day! I know the extra “fluff” makes my pants fit tighter and makes me feeling a little blah!!! 👖
So, that’s the motivation I need to get more focused. So, I’m thankful for this exclusive test group I’m in with many other Health & Fitness gurus! 😍
We traveled 🚗 this past weekend for a wedding 👰 so I was able to take these pictures at the rental house before we left. I just finalized my meal plan for the week. I’m glad I went grocery shopping before we left because we have food 🍍 🍅 for the week!!
Truthfully, I’m just like you! I’m not perfect nor do I strive to be. ❤️ Health & Fitness is a journey not a destination so there’s always things that can be tweaked. 😉
On Monday, I’m starting a new Group and it’s all about “Gratitude” 🙏 as well as combining that with healthy meal options and quick workouts.
