







I thought I would share some pictures of my Health & Fitness journey over the years. People assume that I have always been fit but that has not been the case! I grew up playing sports but was always heavier and running and doing cardio exercises were always hard for me. I grew up struggling with my weight and was insecure because of it. It wasn’t until after college that I realized I actually enjoyed working out. It took time and practice to discover this, it did not happen over night!
It’s amazing what our bodies do during pregnancy too! What a blessing! I ended up with a c-section with baby #1 and a natural birth with baby #2.
I became a coach because the nutrition, workouts and an awesome group of supportive women changed my life. I see how it changes people’s lives everyday. 🙂 Now, I have tools in my “tool belt” hehe and I’m able to navigate my day much better with meals. I don’t “over train” like I used to. Yep, that used to be a problem too.
Yes, there have been physical transformations too but there’s also been an amazing internal transformation as well. 🙂 I love seeing that happen.
